If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team by email before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank.

Please be aware: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will not speed up the resolution process — in fact, it may extend it to 72 days or more, during which your funds may remain on hold by your bank.

Our team responds to all emails within up to 72 business hours.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for a free shipping promotion are not eligible for refunds.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchange of Sale Products

Sale items cannot be exchanged, even in cases of incorrect sizing. Please ensure you select the correct size before making a purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
