Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification.

During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Germany 2–4 business days
Europe (EU) 4–7 business days
International 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or customs clearance for international shipments.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s).

The tracking information will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Von Berg is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All fees incurred during or after shipping—such as customs, taxes, or import duties—are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Von Berg is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
